Enjoy this organic unpasteurized honey harvested in the Upper Laurentians with the predominant flowers of white clover, brassicas, and raspberry, as well as secondary flowers of linden and sweet clover. 

Raw honey lasts indefinitely! We recommend consuming it within two years of harvest.

However, liquid honey will crystallize over time to return to its natural crystallized form. This crystallization of honey is normal and natural, occurring in all unpasteurized honeys. It can happen within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the type of honey.
