Victoria Sponge Cake with local berries - CMB Catering

Locally baked Victoria sponge cake with Miller's farm berries.

The cake is 10", great for sharing, afternoon tea, garden and birthday parties. We keep it frozen so you can take it home and keep it until your event. Serve with a fruit salad on the side or a drizzle of syrup, absolutely delicious with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients: Flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt, corn starch, vanilla extract, lemon juice, Millers raspberries or strawberries..
