70% Dark Sea Salt: Salt unlocks hidden flavours in chocolate and sharpens existing notes. After trying salts from around the world, we came across a wonderful salt crafted by Vancouver Island Salt Co., one of the few in North America that hand-harvests sea salt. The cool Pacific waters create something extraordinarily unique and delicious. We love what it does to our chocolate. Enjoy, Enjoy. It's made from single-origin Trinitarian cacao, cultivated by growers in northern Dominican Republic.

We craft this 65% dark chocolate in our Almonte factory from ethically sourced single-origin Dominican Republic cacao, then sweeten it with pure maple sugar from our neighbours at Fulton's Pancake House & Sugar Bush—made right up the road in Lanark County, the Maple Syrup Capital of Canada.
