This syrup is made from an emerging nordic berry, similar to an elongated blueberry, the haskap tastes like prunes, cassis or even rhubard. Haskap Spritz

• 20 ml of vodka
• 25 ml of haskap berry syrup
• 100 ml of Prosecco
• Plum slices for garnish

In a glass filled with ice, pour the vodka, the haskap berry syrup, and top with Prosecco. Stir with a spoon and add a few plum slices to the glass. Serve.
