Goodnight Moon

Goodnight Moon 15g loose leaf herbs.

Goodnight Moon, a favourite every-day wind down tea, with herbs to calm the body and mind.

Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Catnip, Spearmint, Oatstraw

For a hot cup: Steep 1-2 tsp of herb in 8fl oz of just-boiled water. Let steep 5-10min. For a more potent cup, steep up to 20 min. Sweeten to taste.

For a cold infusion: Combine loose-leaf tea and cold water in a pitcher and let the tea infuse the water for 6-12 hrs in the refrigerator. Strain, sweeten to taste, and enjoy.
