Taste profile: Golden warm, rich and fruity with a slight acidity, apricot and beeswax. 

Harvested in mid-August, this amber-colored honey is moderately full-bodied with an aromatic richness that comes from the simultaneous flowering of goldenrod, aster and milkweed. A delectable bouquet of warm-tasting and fruity flavors with sweet apricot and beeswax notes.

Never filtered or heated, raw honey is excellent for the health, because still containing traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax and preserving its original properties and aromas. Freshly harvested, it is in a liquid state. It will then crystallize quickly and nicely given the absence of heat in the extraction process.
