Enjoy this organic unpasteurized honey, harvested when the bees leave the flower fields and head into the forests of the Upper Laurentians for conifer honeydew and wild strawberry flowers and cherry trees. 

Never filtered or heated, raw honey is excellent for the health, still containing traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax and preserving its original properties and aromas. When freshly harvested, the honey is in a liquid state, it will then crystallize quickly and nicely given the absence of heat in the extraction process.
