Vegan Coffee with Dark Chocolate Covered Sponge Toffee
Moo Shu's team gave their special take on the popular Dalgona Coffee. Dalgona is Korean for sponge toffee. At Moo Shu homemade sponge toffee is dipped in dark chocolate and folded into a creamy vegan coffee ice cream.
Ingredients: made with sunflower seed, oat, coconut milk, and miso (soy).
