The idea behind the 3 Flower Burst tea is that as it brew, the leaves unfurl and unfold and mimic the lush Yunnan countryside which bursts in all sorts of flowers and colours in the springtime. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTasting Notes: Bright full green taste layered with overtones of cut peach from the Osmanthus which come to fore and undertones of jasmine and lily flowers. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eInstructions: Place blooming tea ball in glass teapot or large mug, add water at 90C\/194F. Infuse until the ball is fully open usually 5 minutes. Take out the tea ball and you can re-infuse it longer for a second teapot. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eExpert tip: rinse the tea ball in cold water for ten seconds and throw the cold water out before adding the hot water.
